Main rollforming part

• The width can be adjusted steplessly, and it can produce width of 200-800mm by cooperating with the corner-cutting mould;the width adopts NC numerical control adjustment, the operator only needs to input  the width on touch screen,the equipment can automatically complete the width  change in a few minutes.  
• Frame: welded steel plate box structure, machine panel plate by gantry milling machine precision machining, accurate installation reference size.
• Roller Station: main wall plate type, the other side of the single plaque structure, plaque surface black or spray paint treatment.                            
• Transmission : the main drive motor and worm gear reducer direct drive, and through the gear drive roller                            
• The main shaft is made of 40Cr, main shaft is heat-treated by machine tempering, hard chrome plated and then finely ground.                            
• Material of rollers: Cr12mov mould steel, heat treatment: HRC58-60after precision CNC machining.
